A weekly football show

Hello and welcome back to the first Touchline Fracas Podcast of 2015, we hope your Christmas and New Year was a joyful period, and we thank you for joining our journey into 2015 where we hope to really grow giving you more heated debates, intriguing insight & rib ripping humour.

This week’s guests;

Host – @Lewbob91

Mickey -@TheRegista_

Leroy – @SoAc3y

Ayo – @A_D1su

On this week’s show we try to catch up on everything we have missed out on in the last few weeks, we start off by going through the League table and giving a brief summary of individual teams, discussing the Title Race, the Top 4 War, as well as the Relegation Battle.

We then move on to your listeners questions, where we discuss Liverpool’s decision to let Steven Gerrard move at the end of the season, as well as our opinions on the Frank Lampard ‘loan’ debacle. Lionel Messi’s situation at Barcelona does not escape our attention, we discuss whether the ‘best player in the world’ could actually move to Chelsea, is he worth a reported £550m and what exactly is going on at Barcelona.

We give our opinions on Wilfred Bony’s impending transfer to Manchester City, is the big Ivorian worth £30m?

Is Gary Cahill really an elite Centre Back, how would he fair without John Terry?

How much do you have to watch a player in order to be able to comprehensively judge a players ability?

How important is ‘Mentality’ in football?

What is going wrong at Everton?

As well as an unplanned Messi v Ronaldo debate right at the end (We need a proper Pro Ronaldo supporter).

So all in all an extremely packed show, we thank you for all your listeners’ questions; feel free to contact us @touchlinefracas on twitter or touchlinefracas@gmail.com. Please leave us a review on Itunes, a like on Soundcloud, or even a comment on Twitter, it’s always good to hear feedback on what we’re doing well and what we can improve on.
